SLEEPING JOE NAPPING IN PUBLIC ONCE AGAIN: At the summit in Glasgow, his head fell, he couldn't keep his eyes open (VIDEO)

The video, which began to spread across social media, shows President Biden sitting cross-legged at a table during the Glasgow Summit.

He then closed his eyes for a few seconds at one point, then opened them again. A few seconds later he did the same, only a little longer than the first time, and kept his eyes closed until a man in a suit approached him and whispered something to him.

 

 

Many immediately started commenting on social media that President Biden was falling asleep. However, a longer video posted on YouTube shows the President closing his eyes for just a few seconds and then continuing to follow the summit.

As a reminder, the heads of state and government around the world gathered at the UN Conference on Climate Change COP26 in Glasgow, and US President Joe Biden will join the separate G20 negotiations in Rome.
