The head of the Ukrainian intelligence service claims: PUTIN HAS A DOUBLE, I HAVE IRREVOCABLE PROOF!

After the reaction of the whole world to the suspicious footage shared when Vladimir Putin visited Tehran, that it was not actually him, but his double, these speculations began to take on a new dimension. 

The Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine claims that the Russian president is definitely using doubles, and supports his theory by pointing to Putin's ears, which have changed over the years.

This week, Ukrainian Major General Kyrylo Budanov told Ukraine's TV channel Groshi that Putin's height and ears had changed in recent public appearances, as reported by British tabloid The Sun.

- The picture, let's say, of the ears, is different. And it's like a fingerprint, each person's ear picture is unique. It cannot be repeated - he said.

Budanov also said that Putin's doubles "have different habits, different mannerisms, different gaits, sometimes even different heights if you looked closely".

According to the Ukrainian TSN, he is sure that the Russian president is seriously ill and that he is using doppelgangers to avoid public appearances.

Budanov previously claimed that Vladimir Putin's lookalike attended the summit in Tehran last month because the Russian leader allegedly moved unusually fast and was more cautious than in previous public appearances, Kurir reports.
