America has sent military aid to Ukraine, Oleksii Reznikov revealed, one of the closest associates of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

On his Twitter account, Reznikov announced that HIMARS missile systems had arrived in Ukraine from the United States.

- Summer will be hot for russian occupiers. And the last one for some of them - Rezinkov wrote on Twitter with a photo of the missile system.

At about the same time, the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, gave a speech at the BRICS summit, which was held in virtual format. The summit was hosted by Chinese leader Xi Jinping.

- It is only on the basis of honest and mutually beneficial cooperation that we can look for ways out of the critical situation that has emerged in the world economy because of the ill-conceived and selfish actions of certain states, which, by using financial mechanisms, are actually shifting their own macroeconomic policy mistakes onto the rest of the world - said Putin, who started his invasion of Ukraine on 24 February.
