Trinchieri IS GOING TO BLEED Partizan DRY! The Black and Whites lose their legal in BAT and now they have to pay the Italian!

Italian basketball expert and former coach of the Black and Whites Andrea Trinchieri filed a claim against the Serbian Basketball Club Partizan for outstanding salaries, bonuses, rental and housing, as well as other missed payment, to the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT).

The final decision of the competent authority in this case was made in favour of the current head coach of Bayern Munich.

Trinchieri asked Partizan to pay him 700 thousand euros upon his departure, after which he contacted the BAT.

In his response to the lawsuit, Partizan stated that Trinchieri was not entitled to terminate his contract, and he intentionally did this so that he could sign a contract with another club. Also, the Black and Whites said that the amounts claimed were excessive and their claim was partially upheld.

Thus, Partizan will have to pay Trinchieri 94,275 euros of unpaid salary and bonuses, and together with legal fees and additonal expenses, that would make up a total of total of 115,400 euros.
