The best tennis player in the world, Novak Djoković, spoke for RTS in the show "Oko" about the hell he went through in Australia, the vaccine, but also the final of the Australian Open.

Daniil Medvedev and Rafael Nadal were playing, and Novak was forced to watch even though he didn't want to, since his wife Jelena cheered for the Russian, and his son Stefan for the Spaniard.

- He sent me a message 45 minutes after the match. That surprised me. I would not say what he wrote to me, it is still private. In any case, there was support from him to me and vice versa. What I really like is that he is authentic and his own, he does not hesitate to say what he really thinks. That will bother many, he is not always politically correct, but I identify with him - Novak told Radio Television of Serbia, and added that he has great respect for his young colleague.

- Daniil is an extremely good guy and I have always had a great relationship with him, full of respect. He really appreciated that I helped him when he was a junior. When he broke into the senior waters, we trained a lot. I gave him advice and answered his questions. We once flew together to the Davis Cup when we played in Niš, Serbia against Russia, he was with me on the plane and he was very grateful for that. We have become great rivals, in the past 15 months we have had a lot of great duels.
