Western countries have frozen about half of Russia's gold and foreign exchange reserves - $300 billion. This was stated by the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation, Anton Siluanov.

Siluanov said earlier that all budget obligations, primarily social ones, will be fulfilled as a matter of priority, Russia has the resources for that.
