The topic of Putin's psychophysical health has been one of the central ones in the British media since the invasion of Ukraine began, and the latest in a series of shocking theories says that the Russian president's health condition is not commendable, despite claims by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov that Putin is in excellent health.
