Behind the bars: Veljko Belivuk, known as Velja Nevolja

According to our sources, the tabloid Nova, a propaganda megaphone of Dragan Đilas, has got a new assignment to make this come true.

The tabloid has been printed in Croatia and since its first edition on Wednesday, September 1st; it has started its mission of diminishing the significance of Belivuk’s and his gang indictment, since a text has been published which disputes the statement of Bojan Hrvatin, possible cooperating witness in the case against Velja Nevolja and his octopus.

In the article named ‘The one who knows the least will be cooperating witness’, Nova claims that Hrvatin should not testify since apparently he does not have the insight into the gang’s actions before 2019.

- Hrvatin is ideal to get the status of accused cooperating witness because he knows the least about the group’s actions - then ova’s text claims.

They will not get out of it: Marko Miljkovic and Veljko Belivuk

However, this assumption is not valid if it has been clear that Hrvatin admitted himself being the witness of at least three murders, which has been the a fact that Republika has already written about in several occasions.

Furthermore, he has expressed his readiness to cooperate with the Prosecution, which still has not made a definite decision about his future status.

Let’s remind that Veljko Belivuk, known as Velja Nevolja and Marko Miljković, known as Mare the Butcher have recently been set detention in prison.
