SCANDAL ON THE PUBLIC BROADCASTING SERVICE, DRUNK WHILE HOSTING NEWS: Media house forced to take a RADICAL STEP! (VIDEO)

It was clear that the famous presenter was drunk by his slow speech, but also because he was holding on to the table so as not to fall.

ORF confirmed that Rafreider ran the daily "ZiB Flash" at 9:52 PM on the first program under the influence of alcohol.

- ORF regrets this event. Rafreider has been suspended, and the staff department is analysing the case and considering further consequences. Rafreider apologised internally for this event and stated that the cause was personal reasons - announced the public service.

The ORF assumes that Rafreider will leave that media house.

Rafreider's mother told him just before the news that his father was in intensive care, which is why he drank too much alcohol.

ORF is discussing how Rafreider was allowed to enter the studio in such a state, so an internal investigation has been launched.

It is also worth mentioning that the news with the drunk Rafreider was only briefly "posted" on the ORF online video library, from which it was withdrawn, but it remained "recorded" on social media. 

He was supposed to host the 11 PM edition of news, but the management of the public broadcasting service reacted and prevented that, so the news was broadcast with more than a half-hour delay, along with another presenter, who had to be brought to the studio.

Rafreider was already "suspended" from ORF once, three years ago, after he was faced with accusations of abusing his ex-girlfriend.
