Social media are flooded with footage showing vehicles under police escort rushing towards the Kremlin.
On Saturday night, around 11 pm, Russian President Vladimir Putin allegedly rushed to the Kremlin, escorted by police vehicles. According to videos posted on social media, the vehicles were moving at high speed.
In the comments on social media, it was speculated that this was due to an urgent meeting or something very important that was happening in the Kremlin.
However, a reaction from Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for the Russian president, arrived on Sunday morning, denying allegations of an emergency night meeting in the Kremlin.
