During his guest appearance on the show "Četvrtkom u 9," the President of the Republic of Serbia also touched on the topic of the upcoming World Cup.
Aleksandar Vučić radiates optimism and believes in the team of coach Dragan Stojković.
When the host asked him whether he would be on a plane to Qatar at the end of the year, the President said briefly:
- I do not know.
The following question was related to the chances of our football team achieving a more notable result at the World Cup, to which President Vučić replied:
- I am a great optimist. I think we can reach the semifinals. We have strong opponents in the group, but I don't worry reaching the next stage, and there we cross paths with the teams we have defeated and which we will defeat again. After that, it is possible that we will face Croatia, so we have a clear path towards the four best national teams in the world - the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, said with a lot of optimism.
