DRAMATIC CONFESSION OF THE MAN WHOSE APARTMENT BURNED DOWN: The police evacuated his stepmother and daughter-in-law, no one knows the extent of damage!

A resident of Obrenovac, who wished to remain anonymous (name known to the editorial office), spoke for Republika. 

- I don't know what and how it happened, I was at work and as soon as I found out, I came immediately. My stepmother was at home, the police came and evacuated her. In the building next door, the daughter-in-law was in the apartment, and she was evacuated. Part of the apartment burned down, all the windows cracked, I have no idea how much damage there is - said the man from Obrenovac.

He added that people from the neighborhood organised themselves and started putting out the fire until the firefighters arrived.

- I must commend the neighborhood, which on its own initiative, before the firefighters arrived, started to put out the fire by connecting the hose to the hydrant and put out the fire until the firefighters arrived - this man pointed out.
