Meal 5: Salad with cous cous and vegetable curry with chick peas . . ? Meal 6: Fresh strawberries ? . . ? Leanin primer jelovnika za mršavljenje: 

Obrok 1: Ispasiran avokado sa iseckanim paradajzom. Izmvrljena feta i malo soka od limuna. Čaša zelenog čaja. 

Obrok 2: Visoko proteinski grčki jogurt sa dve kašike granole i kafa. 

Obrok 3: Salata sa tunjevinom, maslinama, sirom, zelena salata, šargarepa i pardajz. Crni čaj bez mleka ili šećera. 

Obrok 4: Banana i 12 badema. 

Obrok 5: Salata sa kus kusom i povrće sa karijem i leblebija. 

Obrok 6: Sveže jagode.
